You may print and complete my short, state-required new client paperwork before your first visit or do the paperwork when you arrive. It should take about two minutes to fill out
Check my schedule and BOOK AN APPOINTMENT online by clicking the MassageBook logo which links to my scheduling service. Online appointments must be made more than 24-hours in advance. I may be reached by e-mail, voice or text message at 214-843-0724 to check same day availability.
My office hours are by appointment Monday through Saturday - sessions start between 9:00 A.M. and 7:00 P.M. If there is not an available time slot to fit your schedule or your need is urgent please text me - I can often make an accommodation. All sessions end by 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
RATES AND SERVICES:
Therapeutic sessions include a mix of Swedish, Myofascial and Stretching Techniques, with Deep-Tissue, Muscle Skeletal Alignment and Trigger-Point work as needed. Hot Synergy-Stones, Reflexology, Craniosacral Therapy, Essential Oil Aromatherapy, BioFreeze, Cupping, Gua-Sha and Kinesio Taping are available.
30-Minute therapeutic session $55
A short thirty-minute session to address one or two specific areas, usually injury recovery or pre/post sports-event preparation and recovery. Please wear loose comfortable clothing for this session.
60-Minute therapeutic massage $95
A one-hour session mixing and blending your choice of massage modalities - from relaxation techniques to deep-tissue or sports massage.
90-Minute therapeutic session $135
A one and a half hour bodywork session mixing from the modalities of your choice including relaxation techniques, deep-tissue, reflexology, CranioSacral , sports massage, Thai -Yoga massage, and Hot Stone
120-Minute massage and bodywork session $175
A full two-hour bodywork session incorporating both therapeutic and relaxation techniques. We'll mix from the massage modalities of your choice including relaxation techniques, deep-tissue, reflexology, CranioSacral , sports massage, Thai -Yoga massage, and Hot Stone
CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULE, NO-SHOW AND LATE POLICY:
Recognizing that everyone's time is valuable, and appointment time is limited, please provide a 24-hour notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. Each time a client misses an appointment without providing proper notice, another client is prevented from receiving care. if you are not feeling well, I understand and request for you to please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule - there is no late cancellation penalty for health related reasons. No show appointments, and repeated late cancellations are responsible for the full service fee.
Late arrivals - arriving late for a service may require shortening the length of the treatment.
